Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in the metal cutting or metal forming
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and provide solutions.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- communication skills in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English
