Technical Knowledge about CNC, VMC, HMC, Turning & VTL machines.
Able to understand and do troubleshooting of machines in breakdown condition.
Verbal & written communication skills are required.
Attend customer compaints and provide proper solution to achieve good customer satisfaction
Closing the assigned calls & coordinate with customers for part identification, spares offer, spares dispatch & fixing the problem to complete the call
Maintain good rapport with Sales Personnel and provide market information to ensure good business growth
